We don’t just take quality very seriously at Document Direct – quality is an intrinsic element of our business and our service, and is driven through every aspect of what we do.
Our systems have been designed to ensure that we deliver accurate transcription and documents, within the time they are required, with absolute consistency and total security. We monitor our quality continuously, and are proud of our high accuracy rates. To achieve the best service for our clients, these are just some of the measures we undertake:
- Producing documents is all we do. It is our core focus and our passion. We deal with tens of thousands of documents a month and everyone in our business is expert at each aspect of their production.
- We invest a huge amount of time and effort in recruiting typing staff with the right skills and attitude, and in keeping them happy.
- We invest continually in quality systems and processes – and are the only UK based outsourced company serving the legal profession on a 24/7 basis to be certified with ISO 27001 (the internationally recognised quality mark for information security management systems).
- All of our typing staff are UK based because we believe that this ensures better management and relationships with clients, and also satisfies the extremely important and sensitive issue of jurisdiction.
- We don’t just type documents. We work in partnership with clients to enable them to improve their document production processes and achieve savings in time and effort.
